My husband and I with our 2 daughters have stayed here for about 6 months and were very happy here. The management were very kind and helpful, the neighbors were friendly, and it was a quiet park. The Molalla river is awesome for kids and dogs, I can't say anything bad about this place. Canby is a cute little town with grocery stores nearby, can't complain.
If we ever come back into town, we will definitely stay here again

This is a quaint little place. Although not really large, being alongside the Mollala river is nice. Rates and amenities are reasonable. They have a great rec room along with showers and laundry facilities. Because this place is relatively small, getting a space could be a problem. I've been trying to get a monthly space for 9 months. I'm sure the weekly and daily spaces are more available.
This is the best park for your money Sarah in the office is very friendly and can get you started Mark the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and can help get you moved in the park offers river front property that can easily accommodate your hole family and a a dollar store, Kentucky fried chicken ,A&W ,Safeway , Astros gas station and wall greens this is the premiere park to be with friendly staff that make it easy for you to get started based on the location to work and resources and friendly nature of both the management and maintenance and what the area has to offer I give this place a 5 star that and because the I-5 interstate is just a couple miles always and good school system just all around best bang for your buck when you have kids like I do and have to go to work this park is the best if you can get in
This is one of the best parks in the Portland area. The staff is outstanding and the location is right in town. The only drawback is that the park is older so some sections have closer spaces.
