There does seem to be another issue in the last few month's I realize that new employees get hired and may not know the answers to all customer questions. however would you think that they should be trained to ask a more experienced employee or if there is not one available. Hopefully they have a way to look up information. Or at least take the customers number and have someone call back with an answer. My phone experiences lately have not been helpful, sometimes it is more convenient to call ahead so you know you are not wasting your time for an unnecessary trip.
The staff are very helpful and polite, always smiling! The store is clean, reasonably priced (I have found several items here cheaper than big box stores, by a large margin at times), and they always have what I'm looking for. Awesome business!
As a matter of fact, I ended up having to ask him for his help.
The staff is friendly and most have been there a long time and are very knowledgeable about there product. This is a smaller store and there inventory reflects that. This is an Ace Hardware and holds to their name (for me it is seldom to find a bad Ace Hardware). I my opinion this is the best store in town.
while I was waiting for the paint I looked around the store and everyone else was friendly and asked if I needed anything. Too bad, in the specific dept I went to first I did not have the same customer service.

Hard to describe, but, he never asked me if he could help me when he saw me looking around in the paint dept. He acted like he really did not want to take the time to mix the color of paint I wanted.

when I am in the store most of the staff is very nice and helpful.
However, about a month ago, I went in to get some paint. the gentleman in the paint dept. seemed less than enthused about helping me.
